The Grand Tetons
Part 2 of pictures from our trip out to the Northwest! The day we went to Grand Teton National Park in Wyoming was one of the prettiest. Although, the shot above was one of the few times we saw blue skies.
These are our friends we went to go see! Derrick, Whitnee, and Boone. Boone's wife, Kat, couldn't come with us because she had to work:( Where we are standing is a good 3 feet above the parking lot that has been cleared. Whitnee and I were wandering around on the snowshoes, but the poor guys fell through the snow up to their chests every time they tried to move. Needless to say, it was a little difficult to get all of us together for this pic!
Moose! One of the most exciting parts:)
We saw a couple other moose on the drive to the Tetons, but these were by far the closest to us. We were staring out of the car the whole time trying to catch a glimpse of one. Boone said he saw more on that day than he had in the past few months combined. Woohoo! To see more pics from our travels, go to the "Wanderlust" gallery in the "Fine Art Prints" section.
