Sadie and Summer in a Field of Wildflowers
I'm so excited to share these with you! I pass this field of wildflowers every day. There's a horse that roams around the field and it's absolutely beautiful. So, when Kerri called and described what she wanted for her photo shoot, I knew this would be the perfect place. She wanted a very natural environment that would complement her girls' vintage styled dresses. When these two curly headed girls popped out of the car for their photo shoot, I just knew this was going to be perfect.
Meet Sadie.
Meet Summer.
These girls really were so patient. They did a great job for me. Little Summer is only 2 years old, too!
The look of this shoot just lended itself so well to the vintage colors.
Of course, the bright colors look pretty too! On to the tea party!
This one is so funny! She had to concentrate sooo hard on not spilling that "tea" that she was going cross-eyed to look at it:)
I love how Sadie lifted her dress to daintily walk through the wildflowers.
It was just too pretty not to twirl around in those dresses.
And, of course strike a pose:)
Towards the end of the shoot, we played on the rails to the horse pin.
Poor horsey was so tired of being pinned up so we could use her field. She was VERY happy when we were done and she could have free reign again:) For more images like these, go to the "Children" gallery in the "Lifestyle Portraits" section.
