Hattie and Jeremy: The Wedding
About a month ago, I had the honor of taking pictures for Hattie and Jeremy's wedding. As soon as I met Hattie, I just knew this wedding would be a blast. She's so laid back and seemed to completely understand my style. So...it'll take a couple blogs to get my favorites out there, but this is the first installation. These are my favorites from getting ready through the wedding. You'll have to wait for my favorites of the posed pictures and the reception! Isn't this location just awesome? It was at the Chattanooga Nature Center. That place is so beautiful.
Oh yes, of course the dress! Her dress was absolutely gorgeous. I love the tie up in the back and how the train lays as well.
I sweet-talked my loving husband into helping me take pictures of the wedding. He took this one of the geese. He had the most fun taking random details from the surroundings. I think that just makes a great addition to their wedding album! Who else has geese at their wedding?
The beautiful bouquets.
Now, we're getting ready! They didn't have a big mirror anywhere, but the girls made do with what they had.
Love this pic from the guys getting ready. I think that about sums it up!
I'm pretty sure this was the most serious moment of the day:) Can we get the tshirt off without messing up her hair??? Might be the only time Hattie wasn't laughing and joking!
It was definitely a team effort to get that dress on! How many bridesmaids does it take?
And, of course, there are other things that are difficult to do when you're in a wedding dress:)
Mother-of-the-Bride doing a few finishing touches on her hair.
We were finally ready....now comes the waiting part:)
Guys are more fortunate, they get to do their waiting outside!
A few last corsages on grandparents before the main event.
And we've finally started! I love how Hattie was joking and laughing with her Dad, even right before walking down the aisle.
The service was short and sweet. They said a prayer, said their vows, and exchanged rings. Then it was done!
This is my most favorite picture in the whole blog. I love how excited they both are. Stay tuned for the rest!
