Fine Art Friday: Riverbend 2009Riverbend 2009
Today I'm digging back in the archives to break out an image from Riverbend 2009. Fireworks are difficult to shoot, which makes it a whole lot of fun for me:) This was the first times I ever tried shooting fireworks. We really didn't even go to Riverbend. We went down to the Walnut St Bridge, waited for Little Richard to quit singing from the Coke stage, then I spend 10 minutes attempting to capture the perfect firework pic. Since you don't know how bright the firework is going to be until after it is already shot, it's more of an art than a science. I really like how this one turned out the best. Thought you might want some BIG fireworks to brighten up this gloomy winter day. Spring is coming, my friends, I just know it! To see more of Christine's Chattanooga Area photos, click here.
